用户指南

GP Helpdesk 03 – 2783 8888 Option 1: Member Verification
Step 1 : Press 1 for Member Verification.
Step 2 : Enter your 8 digit provider code followed by # (6*******#)
Step 3 : Enter member 16 card number followed by # (8000 1468 **** ****#)


IVR will announce:
- Member Validity
- Clinic is Selected Panel or Not Selected Panel - Co-pay (if any)
- Limit per visit (if any).


Option 2 : Card Error or Card Swiping Failure
Step 1 : Press 1 for Member Verification.
Step 2 : Enter your 8 digit provider code followed by # (6*******#)
Step 3 : Enter member 16 card number followed by # (8000 1468 **** ****#)

IVR will announce:

Member Validity
Clinic is Selected Panel or Not Selected Panel Co-pay (if any)
Limit per visit (if any).


*Should member is active, clinic can proceed to step 4
Step 4 : Press 2 to register claim.
Step 5 : Enter the valid
Primary Diagnosis Code followed by # (1***#)
Step 6 : Enter the Total Bill Amount followed by #. If total amount is with cent, do not enter decimal point (example, if total amount is RM50.20 press 5020#)

IVR will announce:
- Press 1 to proceed or press 2 reenter the total amount.

Step 7 : Press 1 to proceed with the registration.
IVR will announce:
- Transaction Number:

MI****** ******** for AIA
EHI****** ******** for Takaful - Total Billed
- Patient to pay (if annual limit exceeded or member has co-pay)
- Please proceed to do charges breakdown in MediConnect Portal (Under IVR Claim

Itemization menu)

Option 3 : Enquries
Step 1 : Press 3 to Speak to our GP Helpdesk.
IVR will announce:
- Business hour

(8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday & 8:30am to 4:30pm on Friday).
